I am an interaction researcher and currently an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University, and part of the lively SMU HCI community.

My research focuses on improving interactions between humans and intelligent agents  (robots or virtual assistants), by building agents that understand human intentions, maintain transparency about their decisions, and adapt to individuals’ needs.
