1. Are university departments and faculty obligated to provide funding in addition to the CSC scholarship?
No. It is up to the departments or faculty to decide whether or not to provide additional funding to students.
2. How much the CSC funding?
CSC funding is different from different areas and countries. For example, the students in universities of Chicago, US can get $1900-$2000 per month (for four years). The students studying in the Euro Zone can get around €1400 per month. The amount will remain the same in the near future.
3. When is the deadline of the application for CSC funding?
The application must be completed by Arpril 30. Applications submitted after the deadline will be not accepted.
4. When will CSC notify applicants of the award?
They should log in to their CSC account at the end of May to review the results. The CSC will not send email notifications to applicants.
5. Are there any restrictions regarding a scholarship recipient's program of study?
No, eligible applicants with unconditional offer to any program can apply for CSC funding.
